Bright-to-dark exciton transfer is central to exciton condensation, yet it depends on coupled electron–hole, exciton–phonon, charge-transfer, and energy-transfer processes. By combining LR-TDDFT with nonadiabatic molecular dynamics, we study ultrafast moiré-exciton dynamics across time and space. The work identifies the role of many-body interactions and predicts a route toward one-dimensional Tonks–Girardeau exciton condensation in twisted phosphorene.
